If it takes a village to raise a child, what does it take to build a teacher?

A question that I wonder a lot about!

Sharing some reflections-

Guidance - from mentors who walk beside them, not ahead.

Continuous learning opportunities for professional development.

Community - of peers who support, share, and grow together.

Inspiration - from seeing the impact of their work.

Trust - from leaders who believe in their potential.

Opportunities - to evolve and take risks.

Just wrapped up an intense training session with teachers of Anthill Tirupur.

Now in its third year the school has grown exponentially and the teaching community has grown too.

Anthill - preschool set up in serene and green surroundings was started by Anupama Kumar who partnered with me in 2023 and since then I have been working closely with the set up.

Designing a robust curriculum, suggesting school resources and continuous professional development for teachers.

Always grateful for the opportunities to do work that I deeply believe in.
